I’m currently in the midst of a Futurama marathon, the wife put it on when we got home and I’ve been playing episodes since. It’s not the first time I’ve watched futurama non-stop.

Twilight was beautiful this morning; sunrise not as much. There’s usually a good photo somewhere though.
Apparently the rhyme holds true in the opposite. Late to bed, late to rise. It’s just great when you sleep through your alarm and wake up in a panic. At least I woke up early enough not to be late to work.
Not sure why every friday is producing beautiful sunrises, even the twilight this morning was beautiful, perhaps in a few weeks I’ll be able to get shots of that getting up. It was a little too early this morning for me to grab my camera.

I’m surprised how draining training a young dog is, I knew it would be effort but I didn’t know it would be exhausting whilst keeping to my regular sleep schedules.
Alas, she’s coming along well. Much less anxiety in general, and much less anxiety about being left alone and being put in her crate. It could be much, much worse.
There was a beautiful sunrise this morning, but Kelly superseded it.
Barely caught the sunrise this morning, I got this by seeing the orange light on the wall and I jumped out onto the balcony to get a snapshot.
Our little girl Kelly spent her first night without any incident, we think she has a little separation anxiety but not a lot. Here’s a photo of our little girl;
We visited the Burlington/Hamilton SPCA today looking at some of the Lab crosses, when a little girl called Kelly walked in. Friendly as anything, we didn’t have a choice. We now have a little terrier cross. She needs some work, but she’s not food nor toy aggressive and she’s friendly with all other dogs.
She was excitable around Baxter, but with a little patience she’s only mildly interested in him now and by the looks of it, Baxter is the boss (from within his cage!).
Woke up and couldn’t get back to sleep, which sucks as I went to bed late. I guess my body is getting me up for work whether I have work or not. Anyway, at least I got a couple of pretty sunrise photographs out of it.
This is actually about 20 minutes after true sunrise, but there’s that pesky low-lying cloud again. It did make for a couple of nice photos though;
A lot of nice golden colours this morning, well worth the sleep deficit being up early will cause.
Managed to get a couple of sunrise photos this morning, despite the cloud trying to foil me again. It’s been a bad week for sunrises, but Friday prevailed again.
This is the actual sunrise, like I said the cloud has been bad. There was a strange kind of anti-spectrum hanging at the bottom of the cloud here.
This is when the sun finally broke the low-level cloud that foiled me on the actual sunrise;
I guess it’s a lucky 13, because I have been trying every morning to steal a sunrise photo, but on the unluckiest day of the year (the only Friday the 13th this year) I manage to snag one. Go figure.
